Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. 

Shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of ongoing COVID-19 impacts. Embody Lingerie will keep the website up to date on any further delays.

Please ensure that your address information is entered correctly. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Any incorrect address information is no responsibility of Embody Lingerie and the customer will be responsible for shipping rates to correctly send the order. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Embody Lingerie  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Embody Lingerie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to Canada and Australia through DHL Express. Calculated shipping prices may vary.
